- If there is suspicion that a minor is using an account, cz77 may close the account without investigation.

Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit Rules
To deposit funds on cz77, users may use bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). No other payment method is accepted.
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
- The name of the depositor and the account name must be the same. Deposits through a third party are not accepted.
- If a deposit transaction fails, do not retry before confirming — the user is responsible for duplicate deposits.
Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be restricted until any active bonus wagering is completed.
- Withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.
- cz77 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for unusual or suspicious transactions.
Bonuses & Promotions
cz77 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus is provided under specific conditions, and the bonus may be cancelled if those conditions are not met.
Welcome Bonus
- New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
- Example: A ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
- Example: A ৳28,000 deposit earns a maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳48,000.
- The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
Wagering Requirement
All bonuses must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount.
- Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 25x (on the bonus amount).
- Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
- Each bet within the wagering limit may or may not be counted depending on the type of game.
General Bonus Terms
- Misuse of bonuses using multiple accounts or the same device/IP is strictly prohibited.
- cz77 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer.
- The validity period of a bonus will be stated on the relevant promotional page; unused bonuses expire at the end of the validity period.
- If an account appears to have been created for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits, that account may be cancelled.
Game & Betting Rules

In the event of any of the above violations, cz77 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

Account Closure by the User
